Anthony Piccone has almost 28 years in the financial services industry, and founded 7th Level Mortgage LLC in 2012. However, he first entered the financial market in the residential loan industry in 1995, with National Future Mortgage. Since then, he has become certified in Life Accident and Health Insurance. Piccone graduated from Temple University in 1990 with a BA in business administration; majoring in business law and marketing. He minored in finance and economics and achieved a non-accredited degree in military science, subsequently winning an ROTC scholarship and then accepted a commission in the US Army upon graduating college.

"I answer my phone until 8pm every day." Piccone says. "Try getting the president of any other company on his cell phone at 8pm on a weekend; that happens every week here."

That's just on aspect of the individualized attention Piccone and his staff deliver. Whether their customers are refinancing a mortgage, starting a business or buying their first home, Piccone says 7th Level's experienced loan officers are there every step of the way.

There's no such thing as, 'I haven't been able to reach my loan officer.' Continuity and consistency are huge here. The same one or two people are working on your deal from start to finish."

While 98 percent of 7th Level's clients successfully obtain their loans as originally quoted, Piccone says his services don't end there. He also has ownership interest in general contracting firm Wood N Screw and is a partner in a Farmers Insurance Branch. Assisting customers with every aspect of home ownership is the keystone of Piccone's business model.

Piccone's background includes more than 15 years with one the largest mortgage banking firms in the country, where he closed more that $2 billion in mortgage loans and eight years of service in the U.S. Army. As a disabled veteran, Piccone says he and other veterans on his staff are uniquely qualified to help fellow retired and active duty military member’s secure VA loans and benefits.

As a further testament to Piccone’s dedication to his customers and vision, he has distinguished himself and 7th Level Mortgage within the Philadelphia metro business community by receiving the "Top Veteran Owned Business Journal in 2013, 2014 and 2015.” In July, Piccone will also be named as the publication's "Most Influential Veteran" for 2016.
